Lentil Bolognese for 1

Hearty Ragu of Puy lentils with tomato, mushrooms, red wine & herbs - comes frozen in 275g portions - plenty for 1.

Easy to Prepare

  • On the hob: Heat in a saucepan on medium heat for around ten minutes or until piping hot, stirring occasionally.
  • Microwave: Place in a microwavable container. Heat at high power for 5-8 minutes, stirring halfway through. Make sure everything is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 min.
  • Oven: Remove outer packaging. Pierce the film. Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees / Gas Mark 4 20-25 minutes or until piping hot. Remove the film halfway and stir the contents. Allow to stand for 1 min. CAUTION! The foil tray may be very hot!
  • Combine with rice or similar and any veggies of choice for a complete meal.

Great tasting pasta sauce

Been having quite a few of these (as well as the Chili Non-Carne which is also deserving of a 5 star rating!!). I like the taste, and (perhaps because you buy this product frozen) the experience truly like something that you've prepared freshly. I'd consider myself very nutrition conscious and both in terms of macro nutrients and micronutrients, this product ticks a lot of boxes, in addition to its high content of fibre an its low calory content. Highly recommended. Shame it hasn't yet listed in any of the major gracery chains!

I loved it!
